When playing online roulette, one of the bet systems you can use is Labouchere system. Start by writing down a series of numbers. Let’s take for example 1 2 3 4 5 6. You sum up the extremities (1+6=7) and the number resulting is the amount of money to bet (7 dollars, 7 bet chips, etc).
For better results, place your bet on Red/Black, Even/Odd because there is a 50-50 chance to win. In case you win, delete the extremities used (1 and 6). In case you loose, add the sum (7) at the end of the series. In either cases, continue by summing the extremities and betting the resulted number (2+5 if you win, 1+7 if you loose).
The whole point is to manage to cut off all the numbers on your list. If this happens, than the amount of money (or chips) that you have won is exactly the sum of all numbers on your list (in our example 1+2+…+6= 21). If you loose a few times, your series of numbers grows and you may not want to bet such a high amount. In this case you can choose to split the line. This means that you take the last number of your series, and divide it into a secondary series.
For example, let’s say that you have the series 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8, and you don’t want to bet 9 units. You divide 9 in, let’s say, 1 1 2 1 2 2 (or whatever combination or numbers you want, as long as the sum is 9) and continue like you did until now, by betting the sum of the extremities, and so on. When you finish erasing all the numbers in this split line, than you can erase the 9 from your original line, and continue from this point.
The Reverse Labouchere is mostly the same, except that if you win, you add the bet amount at the end of the line, and if you loose, you delete the two extremities.
